- Privatized Barracks Management (FSBP); Complete level of support and delivery for all aspects of FSBP, implementing the full range of principles contained within the FSBI.
- On-Post Build Out; Building for the Military with a pre-determined take-down price or at a cost-plus arrangement.
- Contractor Assistance; Supporting the Program Design, Solicitation and Implementation of Housing solutions for Clients, including specialty providers such as 8(a) program participants.
- Off-Post Lease Up; We can develop, and guild the community planning of homes and sub-communities.
- Off-Post Construction of Homes; Program Development for lease and sale based communities to military and non-military owners.
