AMC is an integral part of the American Dream Development-SAF American (SAF-A)-Nolan Real Estate Services (NRES) family of companies. AMC, its consultants and partners have served a variety of clients including Major Development and Construction companies, Hedge Funds, Financial Institutions, Military Service Providers, and the Government. AMC, its consultants and partners are dedicated to delivering superior results to our customers and constituents. AMC specializes in bringing a highly personal and effective level of service to our clients, by bringing the knowledge, experience and energy of our people to a singular focus for our clients. Our vast network of partners and consultants performs a wide array of tasks in multiple markets nationwide, and also supports endeavors in Iraq and other parts of the world.
AMC’s implementation model varies from many other consulting firms. By being integrated with the SAF-A and NRES, we have the ability to singularly serve the consulting needs of our clients during the Initiation, Development and Implementation (Deployment) Phases of a consulting relationship with the full force of senior staff members. We have found that this ability results in superior service for our Clients, and also a more rapid implementation and delivery methodology. For instance, AMC was able to develop programs and processes; to hire 30 individuals including recruitment of senior staff; and to train and to implement the FSBI pilot at Fort Riley within 60 days. |
This was possible due to AMC’s senior staff’s ability to focus on and engage with the Fort Riley Program for a targeted period of time. Subsequent to the Implementation Phase, during the Sustainment Phase, AMC remained as Chief Consultant to the Prime for 120 days, strategically utilizing personnel and senior staff when and where most valuable.
