Delivery and execution are critical to our AMC Program Design (AMCPD) and the configuration of community services. Due to our scalability and extensive experience, we are able to provide a large spectrum of well executed Value Added programs. We integrate these same programs into our organizational culture and pair them as appropriate with the missions in which we engage; Delivering to the Service Member and the Military.
The AMC Program Design drives our Team, this means that each Service member is treated as an individual and that each Command Team receives the structure they require. From arrival to departure, assignment to termination, our Team seeks out and delivers what the best supports the varying missions of the armed Services. Other than providing exceptional services and utilizing our many years of experience to do so, we take our cues from the needs of the Service Member and Command Team.
The implementation of AMCPD is critical to the overall mission that is demanded from such programs as FSBI. It is specifically the competencies in our design that ensures that Commanders and Service Members are served to the maximum extent. |
Community Management Plan
The Community Management Plan (CMP) is the heart of service delivery for the Community Service Teams and more specifically the Services Counselor Teams. This plan is developed in conjunction with the different Command Teams at the Installations, and is specific to implementing post Command Teams. This plan is as customizable as is needed, for the unit integrity and order, and as desired by the Command Teams. Though an initial baseline CMP is developed with contracting agencies and the installation during transition and based on existing operations, a formal CMP is developed for each Community based on configuration, need and desired modification.
This plan is a living document, under continual process improvement. The functionality is reviewed weekly by the Community Services Teams and Quarterly by the AMCPD Executive Team and Program Manager. It is modifiable at any time upon the request of the Command Teams.
